Dale Raulston , 70, allowed people to camp on his land for $400 per month, the least expensive in the Williston, North Dakota area. There were no electric hook ups, but he provided trash service and a port-a -pottie for those without toilets in their trailers, or for those living in tents. At the end of July 2012, the city of Williston told Dale he was in violation of the law and everyone needed to leave.
